Just wanted to say thank you for meeting me earlier today, your wisdom and talents are much appreciated. After we met I went to Bluewater to carry out some shopping assignments – It was strange that I was put into situations that used to make me angry (e.g. slow service, shop not having items in stock etc) but although I could feel the normal internal rage starting it turned into a smile….very strange but nice. I also noticed that people were much nicer to me, it would seem that almost every shop I went into someone was either smiling at me or took the time to ask how I was (it is either an amazing coincidence or perhaps I look more relaxed and therefore made people feel more relaxed – time will tell).
